Cold Forging
MBI has the latest in cold forging technology, capable of producing 2000 tonnes per month. MBI since its inception has used machinery from the best suppliers i.e. Sakamura, Asahi Okuma and National ensuring optimal production efficiency
MBI is continually expanding its forging technology to incorporate special parts such as, gears and shafts.

Heat Treatment
MBI has 3 automatic heat treatment lines. We understand the importance heat treatment as an integral supplement to good quality forging. To match beyond our forging capacity we can heat treat up to 2500 tonnes of parts per month. We also provide heat treatment to products of other manufacturers.

Plating
We have 3 automatic and semi-automatic plating lines along with 1 chrome specific rack plating plant. The following finishes are available,
- Gun Barrel (as heat treated, oil finished)
- Zinc phosphated plus oiled
- Zinc plated with white, clear, yellow, black and green passivations

Die Casting
MBI has machines ranging from 150tonne to 420tonne to match specific product requirements. MBI also has in-house die making facilities to design, sample and manufacture products as per customer's drawings. MBI currently has capacity to cast upto 200 tonnes of Aluminium casting per month.
